1. Simple question, concise content
  • Gimmicks: fill in the blank, caption the photo, vote
  • The question should be interesting/open enough to give fans space to show off their creativity/wisdom
  • Maybe only works for big brands

2. Instagram style
  • Apply filter, no matter happy or moody, the photo should express an emotion
  • The content should comes from life
3. Give fans a reason to say 'WOW'
  • Show fans something innovative, something impossible, something they dreamed of but never seen
4. Quote? Could try
  • Make the background simple & beautiful
  • Maybe we should not use anybody's face as background
  • Select brief & touching quotes, resonance brings shares

5. Use user generated content & give credit to the creator
  • Some concern: if the Page allow people to tag it, there might be spam posts; if the community manager search for UGC manually, it is really time-consuming

Some other ideas:
1. Feature 'fans of the week'
2. Use image to play a game with fans
3. Talk about good old times
4. Tell a story that resonate with fans
5. Unveil behind-the-scene stories, make fans insiders
6. Keep the logo/product subtle, use color or certain subject which may be associated with the product
7. Create a 'trigger', e.g. Drinks -> thirsty -> skin might feel thirsty as well -> moisturizer
8. Make a visual 'wish list', allow fans to tag their friends
9. Let fans to choose the design of product packaging
